About the event
Save the date! The Guild is partnering with Riverways Collaboration to bring back a big paddle in Philly! Based on Independence Seaport Museum’s old Walnut2Walnut paddle, the Two Cities, One River Challenge is a 10mile paddle between Pyne Poynt Park (Camden, NJ) and Pleasant Hill Park (Philadelphia, PA). The Two Cities, One River Challenge serves to highlight the importance of equitable access to clean, healthy waterways in both Philadelphia and Camden’s communities by empowering people of all backgrounds and (most) comfort levels to get on the water and explore their cities from a new perspective.
