About the event
Gain a close-up and personal look at what it's like to be a shipwright aboard Gazela Primeiro with the Guild's very own shipwright, Marcus Brandt.
In addition to being an active member and volunteer for over 20 years with the Philadelphia Ship Preservation Guild, Marcus has over 40 years' experience in pre-Industrial and traditional building techniques. Marcus will share his experience with woodworking on the 125-year-old tall ship, Gazela Primeiro, and other PSPG vessels.
Come prepared with questions and ready to learn from one of PSPG's finest storytellers!
