About the event
This class will cover the basics of using mechanical advantage in rigging, with practical examples and discussion of how these systems are used aboard Gazela. This class will be on the Barge Poplar. All experience levels are welcome. You do not need prior rigging experience, and you do not need to have climbed yet. If you’re curious about rigging or thinking about getting more involved on deck assisting rigging projects, this class is a great place to start.
