About the event

This training class will cover basic knots that you need to know, with loads of practice and feedback!
We will be setting sail for the Chesapeake this summer for six weeks, and would love to have you on board! Starting with an intro to the guild training class is the perfect way to get involved with our nonprofit organization. Afterwards, we welcome you to do some work on the ship, as she always needs it! It's a great way to learn some hard trade skills that will help you down the road.
We love having new people, so come one, come all! Bring your friends, and a warm coat! We provide hearing protection, safety glasses, work gloves, etc.
