PSPG Annual Meeting

We're excited to invite you to our Annual Meeting this December 10th at the Philadelphia Yacht Club (2189 State Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020). This cornerstone event, defined by our bylaws, brings our community together. The Annual Meeting is your chance to hear the latest updates on the Guild, get a sneak peek at our plans for the upcoming year, and engage directly with our leadership.

We'll kick off the evening with a gathering at 6 pm, and the meeting will start at 7 pm. With ample free parking and a great venue, it promises to be an informative and engaging evening. 

Member Representation on the PSPG Board

The PSPG Board is responsible for the overall policy and direction of the Guild and her ships. As per our bylaws, the Board shall have up to fifteen, but not fewer than, ten Directors - two of whom will be elected by the Membership. Both positions are open at this time. Nominations need the support of two PSPG Members. If you or someone you know is passionate about shaping the future of the PSPG, consider nominating them! 

The Board Membership Nomination form can be found in the Members-Only section of our website. Remember, voting will happen at the Annual Meeting, and nominations will be shared in advance. If you can't make it, you can appoint in writing a proxy to vote on your behalf; please have your proxy bring that paperwork to the meeting.
