Step aboard the Gazela for a tour of her deck! We'll be open for drop-ins between 10am-2pm, docked slightly North of her usual position, closer to the Independence Blue Cross RiverRink.

About the event
Curious about what life was like on board this 125-year-old Codfishing vessel? Come down to Gazela Primeiro to explore our wooden ship and learn more about her history. Admission is free, and donations are welcome. We'll have the gangway open to the public from 10:00am to 2:00pm - all ages invited!
*Please note - Gazela will be docked slightly North of our usual position. She'll be right near Independence Blue Cross RiverRink, just South of the Ben Franklin yacht.
As Gazela is a historic and functional wooden ship, please note some important details for your visit below:
This is a DOCKSIDE happening. Please be aware that we will not be leaving the dock with non-crew passengers.
Please do not sit on the railings - always keep three points of contact for the boat. Closed toed shoes are recommended. Certain areas of the ship are cordoned off - please respect these roped-off areas.
